About La Piazza
Your host’s Mario Libertini and Gary Di Paola opened La Piazza in September 2007. Mario has over 27 years experience creating authentic Italian tastes in some of Sydney’s most loved Italian restaurants. Since opening, many people are discovering this fine Italian dining experience and been amazed by the location that is La Piazza. An aging finish has been incorporated into the buildings’ surrounds in a pallet of Tuscan colours creating warm feelings. La Piazza is protected with a glass roof creating a unique ambience and ensuring that the weather is perfect all year round in this streetscape. With such an amazing variation to the design, diners can elect to be seated indoors or alfresco, under the stairs or on a cobbled street.
